Greg and his team did a wonderful job setting up all the rough-in plumbing and fixtures for a new, small 3/4 finished bathroom we decided to add to our basement. He ensured that the project was completed correctly, too – installing a durable grinder pump system instead of an upflush system. He kept us informed throughout the project, kept everything very clean, and paid very close attention to detail. We are very pleased with the final product and appreciate his team's quality workmanship. We would definitely work with his company again for future projects. Thank you!

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. Robb is very personable and knowledgeable. He had patience when listening to my plumbing issues, and presented different options to resolve them. He had the needed parts with him, and was able to install them immediately. I can honestly say that Robb was the best home service person we’ve had work in our 22 year old home. Even my dog, who dislikes most men, loved him!!!

Unique is my go to company for all plumbing needs in Akron. They are prompt, easy to schedule with and have a wealth of knowledge. Robb did a great job. He was courteous, he took the time to explain to me what was going wrong and what he was going to do to fix it and when he left it looked better than when he came in. 12/10 will schedule again!

Rob was a great plumber, he was informative, personable, and wonderful to talk with. My wife thought he had the most pleasing attitude, she almost wishes for something else to break so he can come back and fix it. We will highly recommend him to other people we know. He was detailed as to what our problem was and he quikly and efficiently repaired our valve. Rob is one in a million, please never let him go.

Greg and Robb were excellent and did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. They made sure that our dog didn't get out and were very polite and considerate of my WFH status so I barely knew they were here. I 100% recommend them and Unique plumbing for everything you need. I've already got plans to call them again for additional work.

I had a great experience with Unique Plumbing. I called on a Thursday and they had availability next day! When they came out, they were able to get my job done much quicker than I had thought possible. The cost was also incredibly reasonable. I had some piping replaced and was pleasantly surprised at the clean look of the job. They also left the space spotless when they left. The whole process was professional and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Thank you!!
